This project involved the design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction support for 72 miles of new 345kV, double circuit, transmission lines. G&AI’s scope of work included survey and subsurface utility engineering (SUE). The survey scope of work included GPS control survey, easement acquisition, temporary easement acquisition, and off right-of-way access surveys with plats and field notes for right-of-way acquisitions, centerline/alignment staking, overhead utility survey, design survey, right-of-way survey, borehole staking, right-of-way staking for vegetation management and construction staking of lattice towers. G&AI completed 64 permanent right-of-way documents, 51 temporary construction documents.
