TxDOT – WA No. 2 – FM 741 ROW Mapping for FM 741 from Sunnybrook Drive to FM 548, Contract No. 18-0IDP1005, Kaufman County, Texas, Dallas District, Project Manager: Provided ROW mapping on FM 741 from Sunnybrook Drive to FM 548 in Kaufman County. Performed ROE, deed, plat, and easement research for all properties along the project limits. Prepared 2D (DGN) file of the working sketch and base map. Prepared property descriptions and parcel plats for 48 parcels. Created a ROW map showing the existing ROW, easements, and parcel acquisitions. Created a GIS database for all parcel acquisitions. Deliverables included digital delivery of project control residuals, ROE spreadsheet and signed letters, DGN files of parcels, ROW map sheets and MRF’s, PDF’s of GEOPAK closures, GIS geodatabase, KMZ file containing ROE status, base map and parcels, Word files of property descriptions, PDF’s of parcels, 11”x17” and 22”x24” ROW map sheets, photos of monuments found and set, deed research, and text files. Hard copy deliverables included 3 sets of paper and 1 set of mylar full size prints 22”X34” prints, and three 3 sets of paper and 1 set of mylar half scale 11”X17” prints of the ROW map sheets.
