G&AI was responsible for scanning bridge substructure elements along each bent line and extract graphics for the following information: the existing abutments, the outside edge of beams for each bent cap, the bent cap, the location of each column, the bridge retaining walls (if present), and the rip rap areas. 2D planimetrics (roadways, visible utilities, gutters, curbs, fences, gates, etc.) and 3D DTM will also be extracted beneath bridge structures, not seen in aerial mapping.
