4.5393 ACRE RESTRICTED RESERVE “A”, AMSTAR

G&AI conducted an ALTA/NSPS Land Title and Topographic Survey for a 4.5393-acre property. During the survey, G&AI accurately marked right-of-way and property boundaries, providing detailed measurements for each straight line, including length, and bearing, as well as the radius, point of tangency, and length of any curved lines. Where boundary corners lacked existing markers, G&AI set iron rods, flagged the corners, and clearly indicated on the drawings whether these corners were found or set, along with a detailed description. The survey also covered the width of adjacent streets and highways, detailing their paving material, and the distance to the nearest intersecting road. Encroachments across property or right-of-way lines were identified in both directions. G&AI also researched and listed the names of owners of adjacent properties and provided the flood zone designation for the surveyed area. G&AI also provided a separate, detailed metes and bounds description which was proofread and verified for accuracy by two Registered Professional Land Surveyors, ensuring the highest standard of precision and reliability in our survey results.
