Key Responsibilities
- Process invoicing and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist with payroll administration
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
- Help keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro
- Ajera experience is a plus, but not required
