• Bachelor’s Degree in History from Texas State University
• Extensive experience in residential, commercial, and large-scale rural land surveying, specializing in elevation certificates, lot surveys, form surveys, and final as-built surveys for residential and commercial development
• Conducts topographic and site development surveys for civil engineering projects, as well as construction staking for underground utilities, pavement, and structural foundations
• Well-versed in Category 1A, Condition II boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS commercial surveys, pipeline right-of-way design, easement surveys, and boundary rectification
• Deep understanding of regulatory permitting, legal descriptions, and land title research, with a strong track record of working with developers and title companies
• Performed numerous large rural boundary surveys, including tracts exceeding 1,000 acres
